Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Intacct is used for all of our accounting needs on a daily basis within the department.

Pros

  • Intacct has fantastic reporting capabilities.
  • It is easy to drill down into a specific entry.

Cons

  • After paying a bill through the pay bills option it refreshes the bills page, it would be helpful if it would bring you back to the original vendor you were working on.
  • From my experience with Intacct it has been a tremendous help to keep everything very clear cut.
Overall over the years that I have used Intacct I have been very happy with it.
I have always received prompt responses when encountering any issues.

Yes, it provides efficiency and accuracy.
QuickBooks doesn't have the depth that Intacct provides.
It has great reporting.
