Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We currently use Sage as our purchase order system for the entire organisation. It's the central spot for all things Finance and the second PO system we have had in the last 3 years after we outgrew the last system. Sage Intacct has drastically reduced the time it takes to raise and approve PO's. We needed minimal training to get us up and running with the training conducted internally from Finance. We have also had a lot fewer errors with some of the process automated. Great PO system and we won't be going anytime soon.

Definitely. The automation with AP and AR has changed the AP/AR roles from data entry to data monitoring. It's reduced the amount of work required drastically and cut out almost all paper. The benefits have been felt from all levels at the organisation from frontline staff to senior management. It's also allowed us to improve how we track AP/AR across the organisation.
