Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct to manage our daily finances and handle our financial reporting.
  • The bank rec section is particularly helpful.
  • Customer service is next to none.
  • Lots of great integrations.
  • The explanation of what actually comes with the service on the front end. I thought I had a lot more things included that are extra services to pay for. It's my fault for not paying attention but probably should be mentioned in greater detail on the front end.
  • Still working through it but the reporting has allowed me to track KPIs better.
It's a learning curve but it just takes some real thought about the setup.
Their customer service is awesome! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

We are working through that setup but so far so good.
I think it is very scalable. If you have help in getting the data together it is perfect. Very difficult to do when you are the only one working on the implementation.
