Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Intacct is used for Accounting purpose, used in the accounting department only.
- Great reporting system.
- User friendly.
- Great support team.
- Much easier to navigate when the modules are listed on the top of the screen not just a dropdown.
- The ability when posted payment in AR by wire, the ability to list the tracking number use to come up as prompt prior to leaving. this was easier to track payments received when reconciling the bank statement. You can put the information in the reference line, however after doing it the other way for so long I forget sometimes, it was also a safety feature to make sure you posted to the right payment method.
- I would like to see an easier way to change the contacts when an invoice has already be created through the AR not order entry.
- Prior to having the information changed did not show in Order entry when invoices were paid and had a zero balance. I am not sure if this was changed system wide or only for our company.
- Ability to provide quotes to turn into invoices.
- Better explanation on the questions on the top of import from Excel - to Sage Intacct.
AR - was working great prior to the changes now there is more steps to complete.
1099-nec - would be nice if the system could have converted the 1099-misc to the 1099-nec instead of me doing the legwork.

As I am learning the in-out of Sage, I find the help screens should be a little more explanatory. I am self taught in Sage Intacct, I have found that Intacct is one of the easiest software accounting system I have used.
Vendor set up Intacct and has been helpful to changes I have suggested.

I have used Sage 100 working in accounting in the construction business, works great for jobs bidding and tracking. Sage 100 also had a great module for payroll and working with scale jobs.
