Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Across the whole organization.

Pros

  • It was useful to fill out timesheet.
  • Pretty good & easy to fill out timesheet on weekly basis.
  • Never experienced any issues or down time with this application. Good to use.

Cons

  • Implementing AI to pull the records from previous week to next automatically.
  • Easy to fill out the information, UI looks pretty good.
  • Negative impact - less reusable. Need to fill out information manually all the time.
  • Using the same for 3 years and feels most positive.

It was suited in this area where the user can enter their input manually without any AI support. Like filling out timesheet for every week. Employees can log in and select the time of the week and input their hours without any help.
It is less appropriate where the place for more automotive or AI-based inputs.
