Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

To track billable time. It is used by our department, but also the entire company. It is used for billable time, accounts payables, amongst other things. Many people use it within the company, and it's also used to track productivity and efficiency as well as expenses. I really do like it.

Yes, we have very very much certainly have benefited from this. We use all of these things, however, I am not part of those departments. Generally speaking, there are no issues with this product or the features listed within our somewhat large company. Regardless, we benefit. I would recommend it highly.
I have not used any of these. I have only been apart of time entries and expenses.
I did not do any configuring. This was not part of what I did within Sage Intacct.

I was not part of the selection process. I like ADP more, but Sage Intacct more than Paychex Flex.
I can and do appreciate that Sage Intacct is always working for us the way we need it. It's extremely reliable, and I never have to worry about the website being down or anything like that. It also does what it's supposed to do - no bugs - it just works. Perfectly.
