Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Intacct for all of our corporate accounting. We pay our bills out of it with checks and ACH payments. The ACH files are very useful for paying bills. The ability to have various entities and cost centers is very useful for our Property Management business model. The intercompany mapping is very useful as we often have to move expenses between our different entities.

We use the AP, which has made it easier for us to pay for everything in one place. The ACH feature makes payments easier. We use recurring bills and journal entries to streamline our financials. We do not use AR features.
The multi-entity features work well. We have several different entities, and Sage makes it easy to produce consolidated reports for financial purposes. There is also a report to compare intercompany accounts to ensure they balance to zero.
