Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use the program for all aspects of accounting, from accounts payable to financial statement preparation. Our switch to the system has created efficiencies for us, and we are excited to see how else it will save us time going forward. We manage 19 hotels and other commercial endeavors, so being able to use this system and have it all under one instance is amazing.

- Being able to restrict the use of general ledger accounts to specific entities. We have some GLs that are only used by one of our 40 entities, and would be great to hide them from everyone else, so they do not get used by mistake
- I would like to be able to reclassify credit card transactions after payment is recorded like you can do with accounts payable
- After we implemented, we discovered some duplicate GL names and would have liked to be able to combine those and the host into the one gl we ended up using.
- Has been able to make some internal processes easier already, and we have only been in the system a few months
- Gave my staff some time back during the month end close
- Able to standardize processes across the department that we could not see before
The ability to create memorized and recurring GL transactions have saved us time and worry. Also, being able to automate some of the regular AR billing saves a ton of time for the company and department for sure. I'm excited to see what the new AP process will do for that part of our department.
The multi-entity and inter-company features are great. We used to spend hours reconciling inter-company billing and also creating bills. It is now done when bills are entered and split up, saving us so much time and headache. It is one of the biggest things we looked at when looking to make the switch.

Sage Intacct gave us more of what we needed versus other systems and our previous system. We are planning on growing and need to be able to have a system that could grow with us. Sage Intacct does just that.
