Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct for financial management accounting, grant management, and overall business accounting management.

  • Reports
  • Dashboards
  • Allocations with payroll and grant management
  • Entry level, user-friendly
  • More human support
  • It has been a difficult implementation process
  • The time and cost of implementation has been more than expected
We are just learning about this now at the convention.
We have project accounting but have not had the time to learn and implement the program.
It has been a challenge. The vendor helped at the beginning.

Sage Intacct is a more complete product for overall accounting purposes.
A recent update to the software caused a workaround solution to be lost, and we lost a year's worth of work in the process change.
