Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

My organization switched to Sage several years ago, and it's made things much simpler, consistent, and trackable. Memorized transactions and purchasing make it easy to keep things organized and accurate, and we need things to be reliably consistent due to our audit every year. It's a very robust accounting product and has grown with us.

Pros

  • Memorized transactions
  • Populate from last bill
  • Purchasing (purchase orders->invoices)

Cons

  • Nothing to note at this point
  • We switched at a time where our current software was becoming more expensive, and Sage was comparable
Sage is more accurate, more correct, easier to use and has a lot of helpful features.

We are able to track expenses, payables, and our general ledger easily and accurately. The reporting structure is complex and allows for a lot of flexibility. We are an organization with a lot of different departments, budgets, and staff with varying levels of approvals and understanding, and we are able to meet all these needs with Sage Intacct.
