Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly Social.com) to used to target current customers and prospects. We use this across a variety of campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The primary use case is executing different creative variants for the right message to the right user which makes this pretty easy to drive leads for sales.

  • The user interface could use an update, but overall pretty easy to maneuver.

Salesforce Advertising Studio is a powerful advertising solution. Salesforce Advertising Studio is the best application for big/small organizations. To maintain the relationship with the customers we have to be interactive, so by this platform, we can easily send emails to the customers so that they will be aware of our offerings. It also helps us to generate good leads for sales from our old customers, as well as from new customers.

Because it is pretty much user-friendly. Anyone can use this platform even those who are not so tech-savvy and knows little to nothing about programming. The platform allows productivity aswell.
