Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

We use Salesforce to pull reports of current and past clients to gauge their experience with the bank and how we can improve and stand up against competitors. We are able to integrate Salesforce with other software we use in order to send emails and surveys to clients, keeping in mind those who unsubscribed to emails and communications.

  • Connecting relationships.
  • Training on application.
  • Easily track current clients.
  • Track former clients and assess why they left.
  • Reporting for future campaigns.
Salesforce isn't a competitor with the above software applications. However, it does integrate very well with all of the above.

Very well suited for reporting and integrating with other applications, including GetFeedback and Pardot. Also integrates well with Qualtrics for more robust reporting.
