Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

We used Salesforce in the past for various aspects of our business but decided to give it another shot.
When Covid19 hit, we moved our Sales team to remote work. Salesforce makes it simple to keep up with the data and for our team to collaborate while working remotely.

We chose Salesforce because more of our team was familiar with its use and functions because we had used it in the past. Hubspot is better suited for our small business needs.

My favorite thing about Salesforce is the reporting feature. I think if you had a larger company, it would be well worth the money spent. However, there are too many features that we are unable to use and the cost outweighs the benefits.
I have only used support two times. One time, I received excellent service, the other time, it was horrible.
Salesforce would be well suited for a larger company with a large Sales team. The reporting features make it easy to track who is actually competing and hitting their weekly quotas.
