Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.com

Salesforce.com is an integral tool across our organization on the customer relationship management side. We have a diverse set of clients/investors and Salesforce helps us manage / catalog / coordinate these relationships. The core function salesforce provides for us is being able to manage a large number of relationships across a single database / product.

When evaluating a CRM solution for our company we had a fairly simple decision process. We had to decide to buy vs build an internal solution - which we found for the cost Salesforce would save from development / IT perspective and provide a more robust solution. The closest out of the box competitor we looked at was the Microsoft Dynamics CRM product -and again, we found Salesforce to be a more robust / cost effective solution.

Salesforce.com was one of the easiest products to integrate with our organization -- both from an initial installation and setup perspective as well as from an ongoing / day-to-day usability perspective. The software works seamlessly for us and allows to save a great deal of time in the process of creating and managing relationships.
We found the Salesforce.com support team very helpful and responsive. We had a few initial questions / issues when we first launched and found the team both very quick and helpful in providing responses and solving any issues we were facing. Great customer service overall - absolutely no issues.
We would highly recommend Salesforce.com to other organizations. They provide an excellent suite of services that help us accomplish a few key things within our company. The organization and ease of use is great in order to manage our client relationships -and it allows us to have everything we need to manage relationships in one easy to access location.
