Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Marketing cloud data studio facilitates our strong inbound marketing campaigns and we have been very successful. Using Engagement Studio, we plan a customer "journey" through our marketing engagements and lifecycle tracking. Now, the customer touchpoints have been clearly identified to us for us to have very targeted actions along that journey with the customers. Through this implementation, we have increased our conversion percentages and actionable intelligence on the customer flow which allows us to build strong future campaigns.

It’s suitable for a multiple division, multi-channel marketing organization where you have different campaigns in different stages and engagement mediums. It may not be appropriate for a company whose marketing efforts are very straightforward and simple. The setup of the application is not worth the value that you will get a return versus another simpler off-the-shelf solution.
