Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using the software in order to set up our marketing platform and be able to cross communicate with multiple client groups under the same UI design. It has helped us move from Adobe Campaign Cloud which was horrendous to set up and move to a more manageable platform. We have found that there is better support and less errors with performance.

I am a developer so I'm not sure if my input for this is specific enough but I personally have felt a load be taken off of my infra team who no longer has to manage these complicated infrastructures.

It is perfect if you want custom emails that can give you data that you can then use to build a better marketing platform with targeted campaigns but if you are just trying to simply set up an email exchange server then I would suggest with going more basic and less costly. The beauty of this is in the personalization.
