Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)

At our organization, we currently use the mobile version to support our sales teams remotely when unable to access the computer. All of our sales managers have the app and utilize it to evaluate opportunities, accounts, events, and more. We are using it primarily amongst the sales teams, but our office managers and project managers are using it as well.
  • Ability to manage account remotely.
  • Enter new opportunities.
  • Manage events on the go.
  • Run reports to track the sales teams and production.
  • The mobile app does not work well in split screen mode.
  • Adding multiple opportunities and events for those opps can be cumbersome.
  • Increased awareness of sales numbers.
  • Ability to manage production on the go.
  • Quick access to dashboards anytime.
  • Faster sales.
  • Hubspot CRM (app)
  • Bitrix24
  • Zoho CRM

Salesforce performs the best amongst these for our company as it allows us to better manage our customers, projects, and inventory vs its competitors. And the app seems more user-friendly than the others.
I haven't had the need to contact support, but the online community has a VAST knowledge of support if you're in need. For instance, I needed to know how I could set the dashboard up to automatically refresh and the online community helped me within minutes.
