Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)

Our team is using this to manage our hot leads. We monitor and check all the emails of our leads. We are adding the information and all the details of our lead in Salesforce. We can download Salesforce Mobile to access it anytime we want and anywhere. It's very convenient.
  • It's user friendly. It is very easy easy to use.
  • It's very convenient. You can access Salesforce anytime, anywhere without using a computer.
  • It easy to install and log in, almost exactly the same as the one on our computers.
  • Sometimes it is lagging.
  • It doesn't have the full features, like what we see on PC or laptop.
  • Sometimes it's too slow when it has a lot of data.
  • More convenient for the agent.
  • Time management.
  • Can easily access information in the fastest way.
They are just alike because they both consist of your leads. But Salesforce Mobile is way better than other LinkedIn Sales Navigator because in Salesforce you can manually add information for your lead and you can customize it. In LinkedIn Sales Navigator it will only consist of data and info provided by the owner of the profile.
There are times that we are having issues with this app. We cannot access certain features, for example, we can only send an email to customer support. Sometimes it might take a few minutes for us to get a response from the customer support but they are helpful. They can answer our inquiry.
Salesforce Mobile is very useful to our organization. This makes the job of an agent more convenient. We can easily access it on our mobile phones. When you need an update for a certain lead, you can simply check it using your phone, you don't need to spend more time opening it on your computer or laptop.

I downloaded this app because I'm not always on the front of my computer. So when my client suddenly asked for an update or if I want to check a certain lead, I can easily access our company's Salesforce CRM on my phone since I have it downloaded. It is just one click and you'll have it!
