Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)

We use Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] all the time!! It allows us to be truly "anywhere" and keep business moving. We have used it to approve deals, support collaboration and even with SOW flow. Without Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)], myself as an admin, deal desk users and sales leaders would have to keep their laptops ready and be tethered to wifi somewhere. The report and dashboard function allows us to see metrics on the go and help support users when there are issues. During Covid times, being flexible to working locations / conditions has really made Salesforce Mobile a must have for me and our users due its feature rich platform and ease of learning.

We use Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] as its our backbone for the Sales, Support, SE, Finance and Implementations team. Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] allows all of our teams to collaborate from anywhere "live" on records or projects. We looked at Sugar, Insightly and HubSpot but none had the full featured mobile experience to match with the desktop version that Salesforce has.

Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is perfect for basic Opportunity, Account and Quote information. Approvals on Deals too. Chatter is amazing!! Reports and Dashboard viewing is "ok" but any editing needs to be done in the full version. If you need basic Salesforce functionality on the go or you are waiting on a deal to approve or item to action in order to move it along--> Salesforce Mobile [(formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)] is perfect!! I wish the Admin App would be merged with the Salesforce Mobile app so I would not need 2 apps, this is a bummer.

We would look at what Admin functions are available as well as report / dashboard editor. Currently we have to use the Admin App to do Admin edits and use the full platform for reports / dashboards.

It went great - need more discovery next time.

Yes - Yes- The bug was logged and fixed in the next release.
I was stuck on using Mobile for approvals ( quotes ) and the support tech was able to help me with buttons I needed to add to the page layout.
