Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)

Salesforce Mobile is being integrated into our Workspace 1 for the ease of use on our mobile devices. It's being used across the whole organisation for the sales, services, partner ecosystem, etc. We no longer need to update our sales funnels only on the laptops, we can update them on the go on our mobile, anytime, anywhere.

Salesforce Mobile meets our needs of our business better. And with the drag and drop function, it helps us build our reports quicker. And so many fields that we can customise. Hence with the ability to manage cilents from anywhere. Hubspot seems to simple and lacking for our business requirement.

Whenever you are managing multiple sales team remotely, you are able to view the reports with the ease from your mobile phone. And also as a sales person, being able to have quick access to data, like e.g., what were the previous opptys with this customer, or what are the products that are used/purchased from this customer. Basically, quick customer information especially before you go into a customer meeting, to make yourself more prepared on the go.
