Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App)
Salesforce Mobile (formerly Salesforce1 Mobile App) is being used by my organization to be able to streamline remote work. Salesforce Mobile is being used across my whole organization. The business problem Salesforce Mobile addresses is being able to have access to my companies CRM in remote environments. The platform allows me to consistently be able to pull data on prospects and relevant contacts for each account when I'm not on my computer.

- Highly functional and fast app.
- Intuitive, easy to learn and use.
- Could potentially add more functionality/additional features.
- Make it easier to pull reports.
- Make platform more similar to desktop version.
- Being able to to access accounts/leads remotely.
- Being able to access revenue numbers remotely.
- Being able to access dashboards remotely.
- Increased efficiency.
- Improved customer retention.
- Improved streamlined work efforts.
I have not evaluated any other similar products at this time. My organization and I are very happy with our current view of Salesforce1 (formerly Salesforce 1 Mobile app). I would recommend to any other organizations in which are evaluating this tool and others to choose and adopt the Salesforce1 platform.
