Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce.org Education Cloud
It has been used for managing the internal courses in terms of employees education. It has been a helpful tool hence it has allowed us to keep track of all our employees paces in terms of their mandatory and optional courses and licenses. It has also made [it easy to communicate] with them and [get] feedback.

- It is hard to modify the initial presets for customization
- It does not allow you to work offline
- The dropout for optional courses has decreased
- The enrollment for extra courses has increased
- The time spent in course management has decreased
It has a better UX and UI than Moodle and it also has a more professional approach in terms of business educational programs than Google Classroom. For us, it has been really important the ability to analyze the courses at a high level and also being able to let the students have the freedom to enroll in the courses they wanted at the time they wanted.
