Salesforce Sales Cloud is a great solution for the end-to-end Sales and marketing processes for any business size. This is the engine for the Salesforce CRM. It has a great user interface which makes life easy for the team to follow plus it is highly customizable with point and click so no more waiting around the coding. It supports a wide range of reports and dashboards out of the box, so you can plug and play with it. Recently have been added so many AI features to make it a cutting edge solution as a CRM

It is great for reports/dashboards to give a clear picture and tracking to anyone from team members to execs. Salesforce Flow is the automation tool that is there to automate or integrate any business processes to reduce manual work and improve better tracking
