Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
SalesLoft is being used globally by the Business Development Organization. We use the platform to help us find net new business and respond promptly to inbound leads. SalesLoft helps us create strategic cadences that optimizes our outreach efforts. We can create different campaigns/cadences and tailor our efforts to specific audiences. Thanks to the automation tools we can do this so easily.

- Easy to navigate through the DATA.
- Grammar check in other languages.
- Not focused for other languages.
- No other Cons that I can identify.
- I can do more in less time.
- Better organization of my time.
- The return on OPEX is huge.
- More efficient than ever.
I have not contacted support just yet, which is good I believe.

There are huge differences within both solutions. First of all the user interphase with XANT is not friendly at all. The reporting capabilities are awful. Managers had to build a specific reports leveraging Salesforce to do so. XANT crashed all the time and you never had an accurate visibility of what was going on with your work efforts.
