Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Contracts
This product helps us get paid on our various contract vehicles. We select the contract on which we are asking for payment, enter the information and within thirty days we have received our payment for the work that we had completed on that particular contract. It is a very straightforward process.

- there was an issue that it wouldn't populate the contract address
- this was frustrating as you had to keep going back and forth hoping it would eventually pick it up
- however, they seemed to have fixed this issue.
- I appreciate the ease of which we can invoice for our contract payments
- the ease of set up was nice
- the ease of use is great
This was the program that our vendors selected so we have used this one. I had a client that used Beeline but that felt clunky compared to SAP Ariba Contract Management. You had a lot more hoops to jump through with Beeline. SAP Ariba Contract Management definitely is easier to use.
