Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

It is used by the whole compnay for indirect buying.
By Procurement it is used for SRM, RFx etc.
Furthermore it is used for KPI tracing and analysis.
  • Broad supplier network "included" - globally well known.
  • Good UI.
  • Supports a business orientated end-to-end digitalization approach (supplier - to - customer).
  • Integration effort to existing SAP ERP should not be underestimated - no plug and play.
  • Efficiency increase supports a constant headcount even if additional tasks have to be managed.
One stop shopping (combined with SAP ERP) with great support if required.
I am not a user but the feedback I receive gives me the impression that it is easier to use than the regular SAP ERP software.
Very good relationship towards SAP - whenever support is needed, we get it.
