Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

After evaluating various S2P products like ARIBA, Coupa, etc, ARIBA was finalized. We're already using many SAP products so it was worthwhile to invest in this product due to more accessible integration options and also the backing from SAP was important.

For companies already using SAP as ERP software, it makes sense to go with AIBA for P2P for S2P needs because of the easy integrations and pre-built scenarios offered by SAP which saves a lot of time on the implementation part. It can be integrated with GRC as well for SOD needs.

Have used it in prior companies where we switched from SAP SRM 7.5. The overall implementation was smooth and very simplified and reduced a lot of custom coding requirements which saved a lot of consulting costs.
It makes sense to use ARIBA is you're already an SAP shop.

The ARIBA links can be easily personalized for the company, providing complete transparency for any purchases and easy workflow integrations for approval processes.
