Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business ByDesign
SAP Business ByDesign is used by the entire organization for financial data management and CRM functionality. It allows us a consolidated, widely-accessible, and user-friendly source for all the information we need to manage the business.
- Provides a complete source for financial data
- Allows web-based access from anywhere with service
- When we first began using it, there was no function for housing budget data for comparison with actual performance. An Excel-based tool had to be created to address this glaring shortcoming.
- It can be slow at times
- Increased employee efficiency
ByDesign is a step in the right direction for improving and advancing. I would say that it has a way to go before it is a reliable replacement.
