Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business One

We are using SAP Business One as our primary system for financial control. The entire accounting and tax part goes through SAP. SAP Business One is used by the entire company. Logistics uses SAP Business One for goods inflows and outflows, usage management; financial service uses SAP Business One by issuing and controlling service bills for our customers; and the inspector uses SAP Business One to issue the necessary tax collection forms.
  • Tracking goods, from entry to application
  • Billing control and recurrence for customers
  • We have difficulties finding local support. We always have to bring it from another state.
  • The price of licenses is very high.
  • optimizing invoice management
  • optimizing the process of exchanging goods
Yes - 1. Backup of data required for shipping (partner registration: customer and supplier, items, products)
2. Installation of the new version of SAP Business One
3. Restore data after sanitation
4. Creation of tax and accounting books
5. Automation of tax application processes
6. Installation and configuration of add-ons
7. Tests
During the implementation process, we had some ideas on how to proceed in the best way and optimize time, since we had a relatively short time to carry out all operations. We made use of the SAP Business One copy tools to export data and import without having much damage.
We ended up choosing not to discard Salesforce. Now these two systems are working together, where Salesforce will be responsible for CRM and SAP Business One for financial, tax, and logistics. This was a strategic decision by the company.
This version of SAP Business One is ideal for small and medium-sized companies. SAP Business One helps in the process of controlling financial and company assets and it allows for faster communication with suppliers by sending quotation requests from within SAP. I do not believe that SAP Business One is the best tool for CRM. We have other options that are more specialized for this type of relationship.
