Overall Satisfaction with SAP Business Technology Platform

We use SAP on our every system in the operations and it is the main tool for us as our WMS. Some one of the time T Codes are very hard to learn for a new commer in the organisation. It should be get in more easier way so one can learn fast as a lame person.

Pros

  • Good in transactions
  • Best in report generation
  • Working on low bandwidth
  • Secore platform

Cons

  • T codes should get more easier
  • It's UI is very old type. It needs to enhance it
  • Sometimes it get lags while fetching big data. It needs to improve
  • Data fetching should be easier
  • Data needs to get fetched from different transactions. It needs to be analysed at one go
  • There should limited areas of transactions
There are some good scope in improving the data management and providing the output. As there is strong struggle in fetching the data. We have to fetch from different transactions and then we have to consolidate it for making the set of data for analysis. Seriously this needs to be improved.
There is good support whenever it is required in terms of any issue in working of system and any hurdles come in front of operations while working in SAP and this always helped out by support team whenever it is contacted by our dedicated team for the resolution and it is helpful.

There are some scope of improvements but those are additional requirements. Overall if we see it is the best in class product for any business. It is very helpful in operations that we drive for our business without any hurdles and makes our execution very smoothly with all process and SOP followed .
