Use Cases and Deployment Scope

BTP is used for many different uses case. We use it for SAP IAS-IPS . We also use it to do B2B transactions exchanges with partners. BTP is also used to install some utility needed to do anonymisation of critical data. It helps us to use the apps extremely fast and the development is quite easy. We can achieve good results in short term.

Decrease development time for B2B exchanges.

Usability

We had a solution to exchange data with an external partner. The project had to be delivered fast. The exchanges had to be secure. BTP offers everything needed to accomplish that. The solution had to extract data from our backend, and we did not want to give access to the partner. So the application developed with BTP was the «only one» accessing the backend.
