If you are a SAP ERP customer, using BTP is a no brainer

It's a really well rounded product with enough flexibility and power to scale up for almost any organizational size.

If your business is supported by SAP, it's a no-brainer to use BTP as the integration layer and to build side-by-side extensions. It's scalable, flexible and robust. Something to pay attention to though is the account/subaccount structure, it can get pretty cumbersome for large organizations.
