Overall Satisfaction with SAP Cloud Platform

We are a startup that had recently set up and we are providing consultants from our organization to work for client companies for a project. As far as now we are good with response.
  • It's easy to handle.
  • It's cloud based so you can handle it from anywhere in the world.
  • It benefits the process as everything can be done in single platform.
  • I think in-house chat box for co workers to discuss work would be a good choice so that no need to worry about call connectivity issues or checking mailboxes (where we don't find the right attachment info and lack of understanding the info particularly in the case of people from different countries working together).
  • Enabling the employees to know the key issues faced by previous employees from different parts and the way they solved them. (Like a HRIS storing the info and giving access to the relevant people. Or you can say a dictionary to know things like this can happen or happened.)
  • Implementation slow. Cluster implementation was delayed.
  • Employee is the owner of his/her data. This is a good thing for both employees and HR.
SAP SuccessFactors is well suited for performance management and the recruiting process. However, it has tons of capabilities within the platform, but a lot of them are either not easy to find or do not work to the best of their abilities.
It's highly recommended to use if you have a big size company and if you need instant results and best suits for HR services... all the functions are feasible and easy to use remotely.
