Overall Satisfaction with SAP Commerce Cloud

I'm currently using SAP Commerce Cloud to perform implementations and customizations for our customers using B2C and B2B accelerators. Our main business domains are big technology retail sellers (B2C), clothes sellers (B2C), and service sellers (B2C and B2B). One of the main reasons that our customers choose SAP Commerce Cloud is due to its capacity to handle a large volume of transactions from a high number of concurrent users and the great capacity of scalability.
  • The capacity to handle large volume of transactions.
  • The technical support level.
  • Scalability capabilities.
  • High customization capacity.
  • The complexity of customizing core features are to high.
  • High costs compared to competence.
  • The support of new programming frameworks and tools for more flexibility.
  • Increased conversion rates.
  • More capabilities to handle a large number of users.
  • Increase total sales.
The product allows it to escalate easily vertically and horizontally without downtime for customers and that's a valuable feature.
The platform supports a wide variety of integration mechanisms like file exchange, REST, SOAP web services outbound services, ESB integrations, etc.
We usually select SAP Commerce Cloud for its great customization capacity, scalability, and support levels, however, it lags behind some of its competitors in aspects such as price and production golive complexity.
