Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
SAP Concur is a great tool for cost/expense management. As a user I have used this tool almost on daily basis to raise travel or other reimbursements. The tool is very simple to use and gives you great visibility into the complete request flow from the time you raise it and till its settled.

- Ability to pre claim and defined auto approvals for some segments
- better info on different input boxes
- Long load time
- issue in attaching documents and preview

We evaluated Zoho before going with Concur because of its ease of use and easy management of the tool from multiples teams. It is a lifesaver for Accounts and payroll team within organization for reimbursements claims and all. Gives good visibility to managers to track employee expenses and approve it accordingly.
As of now we are using SAP as a stand alone software, in future leadership team might look into its capabilities and determine right use cases. There are multiple documents around its integration capabilities with other tools and softwares which we are yet to try out. looking forward to do it asap
As mentioned earlier SAP Concur is a wonderful product to use. It is extremely capable to carry our daily ERP workflows mainly to settle travel and reimbursements made by employees. the overall flow is pretty simply and easy to use, the dashboard gives leadership great idea regarding the expenses and the approval flow becomes really simple.
SAP Concur has made admin jobs really easy with structured flow for all the applications they used to receive, the ened to end process became really fast and efficient with SAP Concur. The reports also generated are extremely useful from management perspectives, Its employee friendly and everyone can use is easily.
