Overall Satisfaction with SAP Conversational AI

We are using SAP Conversational AI in the HR Department to answer the common questions about licenses, benefits, etc. We have recurrent questions.
Also, we have a department of research and development where we are studying potential uses cases of chatbots. The research is for sales opportunities to potential customers that they want to solve their administration issues in their organizations.

  • Easy implementation for multichannel IM.
  • Support with Google Home.
  • Memory support for Spanish language.
  • Native WhatsApp support.
  • The free use of the trial edition has had a positive impact.
  • Positive impact in a reduction of call center personnel.
  • The expensive cost of licensing of its paid version is negative.
The easy implementation of SAP Conversational AI makes it stand out against any other tool. In turn, the free implementation for a PoC opens the game to give demos to promote its use to potential customers. Recently they launched the web client to implement a bot in SAP Cloud Platform, making it even easier to implement it in an SAP environment. This integration differs from the rest of the bots that exist in the market.
The support is excellent, due to the constant updates via email. They are constantly evolving. Every time we investigate new tech in our research and development team, SAP Conversational AI surprises us with its constant evolution.

It is suitable for the use of recurring query bots, such as human resources. It is unusable if you need it to interact with IoT devices, which is something to evaluate since there would be an important gap in its implementation.
