Overall Satisfaction with SAP Conversational AI

This software is used to create a digital assistant for your website. No matter how complex your use case is with the tool you can easily automate the process of handling users with general queries. The best part about the tool it is integrated with SAP extensively and unlocks its full potential. Creating a request and tracking a request is quite easy with the tool.

I’ve used IBM Watson Assistant to an extent but have limited exposure to ServiceNow Now Platform. And I must say both the tools which I’ve used are competitive in terms of features they have to offer, but SAP AI comes with a good premium pricing which can of course drive users' decisions.
The documentation of SAP AI is limited rather they should be specific with all scenarios which can be solved with SAP AI so that the consumers can unlock its full potential. So I see there is room for improvement. Other than that, the pricing for the software is placed quite premium rather than competitive.
