Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal Reports

I currently use SAP Crystal Reports in conjunction with our CRM database to create more customized, user friendly reports.
  • SAP Crystal Reports is incredibly straightforward to use.
  • SAP Crystal Reports allows me to customize very complex sets of data.
  • When creating very complex reports, the processing time can sometimes be very slow.
SAP Crystal Reports quite simply has the best track record and reputation. I've tried many different options for data manipulation, but have found nothing that compares to Crystal Reports.
I believe that SAP Crystal Reports is very well suited to any organization that currently has a relatively un-customizable CRM system. If you take the time to input data, you should be able to export it into a usable, user-friendly format.
