Overall Satisfaction with SAP Customer Data Solutions (formerly Gigya)
We use to manage the customer data for our B2C product. We wanted to use a fully functional, secure, and dependable customer data management system and this product came to our rescue so we don't have to rebuild the wheel and we can thus focus on other important parts of the project.
- secure management of crucial user data
- support for multiple site social logins
- seamless integration with third party tools
- We would appreciate if SAP also moves into open source, and open sources some of its inital or basic modules this would help generate more awareness and give new dimensions to the product
- No idea, I am on the development side
It is easily manageable for those using SAP for other ERP processes as well.
