Overall Satisfaction with SAP Customer Data Solutions (formerly Gigya)

We use SAP Customer Data Solutions to centralize the identity management of an organization with around 8,000 active customers for B2C and B2B commerce sites in the cloud and to be able to access all their information from different systems using a single component and centralized registration flows.
  • Out of the box integration with SAP Commerce Cloud.
  • User consents management.
  • Centralized customer data repository.
  • The management console was not very user friendly for end customers.
  • The integration component with SAP Commerce had some bugs at the beginning.
  • Enhance the digital relationship with customers.
  • Increase customer base.
  • Know our customers better.
We had some issues during the integration with SAP Commerce Cloud, and during the definition of custom registration flows (using screenshots) at the beginning, but as the product matured the issues were resolved.
