Overall Satisfaction with SAP Data Warehouse Cloud

The role of the product can be scaled in the way that the business people- product owners, stakeholders, and business analysts- can use data by using the buttons, no need to be equipped with technical knowledge. We had times that front developers, products owners in different directions, and business analysts, were suffering from the use of data effectively that the need for the help of backend-guys had been appearing as the must in the process, but now we do not have this problem.

The level of quality is tremendous as they were quite responsive and friendly in solving problems. The requests from our side were well handled on time. Besides the growth we experienced in our business could be another reason because the great customer service helped us to effectively use the software.

From this point of view, I would say that I would be happier if the product is present in more various pricing policy terms that the clients like us to approach to the buying process comfortably in choosing the package more individually and effectively.
We use this product for the reporting sides of our business that we investigate our customers through the data warehouse. We determine our business perspective based on the insights stemming from reporting prepared through this software. Enterprise-level data production is enhanced by this product [so much] that we achieved the expansion in our business.
