Overall Satisfaction with SAP Data Warehouse Cloud

SAP Data Warehouse Cloud Power our user with no experience whatsoever managed to build solutions in a couple of hours. This product clearly addresses business problems of connectivity. We mostly use it because front-end developers and business analysts will have access to the data they need in a modeling environment using this tool

  • Overall cost can be decreased
  • Integration with other cloud and analytics tool can be improved

SAP Data Warehouse Cloud support was very remarkable. There were incidents where this could have been improved but overall it has great support staff, they were able to understand the query properly and give the correct solutions to specific problems or questions. SLA on some of the product or functionality can still be improved which will really make the support for users better

SAP Data Warehouse Cloud's overall usability was great. It really helps in Improving business process agility and it goes one step ahead to Create internal/operational efficiencies. We as a user really like this product as it has a Strong user community and Strong customer focus. After using this product our organization's Overall cost decreases.
Pricing structure for SAP Data Warehouse Cloud is overall good, but in some scenarios this can be improved and give better pricing structure compare to other provider to make a better choice when compared to other vendor. Unit pricing is average when compared to other product but for some of the functionality it has above average price which should be improved. So that it will attract more customers and reduce the overall cost of Operations for an organisation.
SAP Data Warehouse Cloud is very user-friendly and it's really remarkable how easy was to make use of the tool for new developers or users. It's really easy to onboard new team members for using this tool. As this tool is still new compared to other vendors integration of this with other analytics clouds or products can be improved which will solve many use cases.
