Overall Satisfaction with SAP Extension Suite (formerly part of SAP Cloud Platform)

The rapid development capabilities of SAP Extension Suite led to standardization, high levels of code reuse, [as well as] improved agility that resulted in speedy delivery of applications and helped overcome the problems of hand-to-change deployments. SAP Extension Suite is the platform that we use for a whole variety of mobile and web development projects. It's more flexible compared to hand-coding and users appreciate the modern look and feel of the solutions we develop using SAP Extension Suite.
  • Allows for instant elasticity and lets developers custom build solutions
  • The speed of delivery it offers enables a solution to be deployed in a short period of time
  • Allows the IT team to leverage their existing skill set and minimize use of resources
  • Enables the reuse of code
  • It's quite important to note that the configuration process involved with SAP Extension Suite is troublesome.
  • Whenever they make an upgrade it feels like a new system and there are things we have to relearn.
  • Cut development costs by reducing back office processing staff
  • Use of SAP Extension Suite is 5x faster than hand-coding
  • We have achieved efficiency and have become the first to market
