Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA

At our organization we are running SAP GRC on DB HANA 2.0 SP03. We are using XSA WEB IDE for creating HANA native applications for reporting and analysis purposes. HANA's in-memory calculation feature has opened new doors for performing calculations and for reporting. In XSA it is really easy to achieve isolation between different HANA applications. Thank you SAP and the team that is working on HANA.

  • High level of security in HANA's native application prevents organizations from cyber attacks
  • Low maintenance cost over time
For analytic applications like GRC over HANA, it is a wonderful tool for real time reporting and very compatible with different UI tools like Fiori, Power BI, Lumira etc. Having HANA does not make sense if the organization is small and there is no need to get real time insight of your operational data.
