Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA
Used globally in the company. It makes the data read faster. It solved some issues with some data collecting.
Pros
- Access data faster, avoiding long waits.
- Manage bigger amounts of data
- Trustable and powerful system in the database
Cons
- More wizards to make use of the new functionalities that Hana brings.
- Positive impact basically, making our data reads faster.
Especially interesting when managing big amounts of data. For example, in the month closing when the users need the data fast to finish the processes. With the old system, we had some issues some times because it could take a long time to access data.
That is very important because we work with external systems like Salesforce and Service max, so the different types are always useful and many times are a must.
In this case, I am not in charge of this kind of process and have no idea.
My company selected HANA because of the trust and the speed of this system basically.
