SAP HANA is used across the whole organization. CRM, ECC, and BW systems are used to manage and assist with the supply chain, the daily warehouse and manufacturing operations and to manage customers and provide insights about the sales from our advisors, contact center, and retail points. We also use it to analyze data in order to forecast sales and plan budgets and supplies.

I would recommend SAP HANA to those who want to manage their all business process using a single suite of products that is well integrated. SAP HANA is an excellent CRM to manage customers' information. It also does a great job in planning resources and is ideal to analyze data with the goal of managing the supply chain in a more efficient way.
