It is being used by us on behalf of some of our clients and for internal training of new hires.

Honestly, we did it so that we could link accounts and not have multi-accounts. There was some confusion in the sales process. We do use multi-accounts but the linking is helpful for training replication across orgs.

Some aspects like "features" are not intuitive to find and set up. Dashboarding is also not very useful, so limited in what kind of content is available. Areas that look customizable aren't really that detailed but give the appearance of being able to do more. horizontal alignments are also really confusing in default settings.
Ryan was so thorough, so engaging, he was wonderful. I could not have asked for a better implementation!
It gets a little challenging with team buildouts and assigning content by exception. i.e. I can't remove training from a learner if it was assigned by team structure.
