Overall Satisfaction with Litmos

SAP Litmos is used as a learning management system. There are multiple use cases like HR training, onboarding training and other technical training. SAP Litmos is also helping to host our pre-recorded training videos and to create a learning path for role-based competency matrix. At an executive level it provides multiple dashboards and reports to track the progress of the employees learning. All the classroom training is tracked through VILT/ILT options.

Teachable is best suited for the individual trainer while SAP Litmos is more kind of enterprise LMS. It has many functionalities needed for any LMS platform.

SAP Litmos is best for the organization's learning and development team. it provides various ready-to-use connectors to integrate with different systems like HCM, ecommerce etc.
Best part about SAP Litmos is it very easy to set up or implement. In a few weeks the whole system can be setup and ready to use.
SAP Litmos is best suited for the below scenarios: 1. HR trainings 2. IT/Security Compliance trainings 3. Sales and service staff trainings 4. Employee onboarding related trainings. It is less suited for cases where there is heavy customization needed and lots of performance metrics have to be integrated between HCM and LMS platform.

Litmos is meant for plug and play saas solution, one can spin the production environment in few weeks unless any custom integrations required.
Fast to implement.
Litmos is now moved out of SAP. Need to wait watch to see the overall support experience
Litmos is innovating and improving on daily basis. They listen to the customer feedback and also proactively working on much needed features,
