Overall Satisfaction with SAP Portfolio and Project Management

We use this software to manage employee information and project information. IT houses all necessary documents, approvals, and other various business-related paperwork. It also is used to book employee travel (flight, hotel, car) and submit travel for approval. It sends travel for approval to a few different parties before booking.
  • It routes travel for approval to different parties.
  • It keeps track of vacation days and time off.
  • It is not easy to use (not intuitive) in my opinion.
  • Passwords are not synced between other business profiles.

  • Vacation/time trackers
  • Positive - it keeps track of approvals well (travel, vacation).

No

It gets the job done, but it is not easy to use in my opinion. There are almost too many functions to the point where you (at least I) don't feel like I have a firm understanding of them all. I feel that we really need an expert to train us on everything to make sure you're getting everything out of the system.
