20 - Our employees as SAP S/4HANA Cloud consultant represent different business functions, for example: sales and distribution, human and resources, financial accounting, logistics, material management, controlling, workflow, production planning and cross application modules.
20 - Eactually nothing special is required as long as they know new SAP S/4HANA Cloud transactions in their supporting module and they are skillful in new SAP S/4HANA Cloud gui. Also they have to understand new SPRO and a part which is customized on web gui. Of course they have to have will for new knowledge.

After having issues with printing invoices from SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Support team explained that in cloud edition of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, output management is the only available framework for output. Printing is done either online from the web browser or in the background via a Print Queue and the Cloud Print Manager. They corrected our setting and give us a good example and manuals so we can do it now by our self and know where to look for setting if issue will happen again.
